What is streamlined team onboarding?

When a new swim club makes the switch to Commit, we have a simple process for you to follow to transfer over data and get all set on Commit Swimming! You will have a getting started dashboard with interactive steps to complete. Best part... Most of them only take a few minutes :)

Why did we build this feature?

Previously we were onboarding swim teams with the same process but most of the steps were accomplished through emails. This caused the process to take longer than it needed to, as you (the club) would wait a few hours or a day to hear back from us. With the new "Getting Started" onboarding process, you can skip around to steps that you don't need help with, while you wait for us to get back to you on the steps that you do need help with. Much more efficient :)

How do you use this feature in Commit?
